- 1) Engagement with Client and Consultants for potential business opportunities, realising it from ‘News’ to ‘Tender’ to ‘Award’ with guidance from Manager.
- 2) Identify potential business opportunities from market research and analysis.
- (B) Business Department Duties
- 1) Carry out day-to-day Business Department duties such as:
- Prepare board papers for Headquarters (HQ) approval
- Carry out research & market analysis for business opportunities, competitors and other market trends
- Prepare prequalification for checking & submissions
- Carry out other business administrative tasks under management guidance
- 2) Regularly discuss timeline of all tasks with team and ensure timely deliverables.
- 1) Carry out day-to-day Business Department duties such as:
- (C) Tender Support & Coordination
- 1) Provide support during tender stage such as:
- Coordinate with other departments and compile tender submittals with quality and on time
- Organise and facilitate Risk Assessment & Value Engineering sessions
- Coordinate discussions with Consultants for D&B tenders
- 2) Prepare tender presentations during tender interview as well as corporate presentations, presenting when necessary.
- 1) Provide support during tender stage such as:

- 1) Plan and execute business events throughout the financial year.
- 2) Plan and execute marketing initiatives for the company throughout the financial year.
- 3) Write and publish marketing initiatives such as company newsletters and brochures.
