- Compile and check monthly cost reports against projection and record monthly cost difference with reasons and proper substantiation.
- Study project specific requirements and to forecast possible additional costs base on projection.
- Ensure payment/ projection allocations are based on the specific work items.
- Study and check projection costs with monthly closing of POs with site.
- Check and monitor site expenses for all trades.
- Calling of quotations and prepare comparison sheet.
- Checking quantities based on drawings by measurement; manually, using software Cost ‘X’ or other suitable software.
- Call quotations, by trade, for on-going works.
- Tracking of project VO lists including computation of expected profit.
- Negotiation in final accounts with Vendors.
