- To carry out taking off quantities using Cost ‘X’ / Glodon or other suitable software.
- To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis.
- Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification.
- Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents.
- To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification.
- To perform other QS-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
