- To coordinate with consultants and subcontractors regarding shop drawings, samples, and method statements, ensuring all involved parties are kept informed of the latest updates.
- To attend project and technical meetings to address site issues with the owner and consultants, ensuring smooth progress of the project.
- To verify that the work performed on-site aligns with the approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements, and ensure that the subcontractor implements corrective actions for any non-compliance.
- To resolve site issues with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers promptly to minimize delays in construction progress.
- To ensure that all relevant documentation is updated and prepared for the ISO audit.
- To collaborate with the safety department to carry out assigned duties within the safety framework.
- To support the site management team in project planning and coordination.
- To plan and schedule the work sequences for construction operations.
- To prepare and organize documents for submission to authorities for Conquas, RI, TOP, and etc.
- To review tender documents, construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
- To comprehend critical project criteria related to schedule and productivity.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Capable of working independently, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Capable of providing guidance to new and junior staff.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
