- Responsible for preparing architectural detailed shop drawings and working drawings (Architectural/Structural) using Revit, ensuring design and details align with project construction requirements.
- Support the Project Team by providing timely BIM coordination and accurate information for construction.
- Extract information from 3D Revit models to develop shop drawings and resolve discrepancies with the Engineering Department and Project Team.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications based on Client/Consultant requirements and requests.
- Develop As-built drawings for submission and handover upon project completion to the client/consultants.
- Assist with Tender Bids and Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
- Attend Technical/BIM Meeting as required.
- Ensure all required drawings are completed on time.
