- Develop M&E coordination shop drawings.
- Identify and resolve M&E issues in collaboration with consultants and subcontractors.
- Participate in principal meetings with clients and consultants.
- Prepare M&E progress reports or any other necessary reports for clients or consultants.
- Collect operational manuals from suppliers and subcontractors upon project completion for submission.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9000, ISO 140001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Work with the site engineer to address issues and co-chair monthly meetings.
- Conduct risk assessments based on tender drawings and project documents.
- Develop VCED and propose cost-effective M&E solutions.
- Review M&E work schedules and lead times to create project schedules using Microsoft Project (or equivalent) for tender projects.
- Assist with tender submissions by proposing appropriate architectural and C&S solutions, including necessary plinths, access panels, structural openings, dog houses, make-good areas, and other related components.
- Attend site surveys and ensure the proper implementation of method statements and material handling procedures.
- Review all on-site variations (VOs) and evaluate costs based on POs and tender clarifications.
- Collaborate with the Planning and QS Departments on relevant matters.
- Prepare and present M&E-related content during tender interviews.
- Perform full M&E duties as assigned, including any additional general responsibilities.
